The Yellow Zebrange Pepper is both a feast for the eyes and a treat for the palate. Originally developed by Belgian pepper aficionado Laurent Minet, this exceptional Capsicum baccatum hybrid merges the finest qualities of the Aji Fantasy and Christmas Bell (also referred to as Bishop’s Crown) peppers.
In contrast to the striped Zebrange or the solid Red Zebrange, the Yellow Zebrange pods transition from green to a vibrant yellow without any stripes, making this variety particularly rare and distinctive.
We discovered this solid yellow variant thriving among our striped Zebrange plants and chose to share it with others. Renowned for its sweet and fruity flavor with a mild to medium heat, the Yellow Zebrange is the ideal complement to elevate your culinary creations.
