Arroz Con Pollo is a mild seasoning pepper, beloved in Cuba and beyond. At first glance it looks like a habanero or scotch bonnet, but it’s really quite mild once the inner membrane and seeds are removed. The inclusion of this pepper elevates any meal to new heights. Its sweet and mild taste and gorgeous appearance make it a must grow for us every year.
