Money saving poly grow bags for all-season and all-purpose growing. Each bag has a fluted side walls and pre-punched bottom drainage holes to give your plants proper drainage. The outside features a white plastic outer layer for writing details such as plant names and transplanting dates, and the white color reflects light. The inner layer is black to absorb light and prevent algae growth from forming.
Poly grow bags are a low-cost alternative to nursery pots and ceramic pots. These bags arrive flat for easy storage, and once bags are filled with soil, they form a cylinder shape.
Note: The bags have held up great so far after one year in the Georgia heat, and we’re entering our second year testing these bags. We’ll continue to update this note to share how long the bags last year-round in the elements.
Tip: Once bags are filled with soil, it’s best to let the soil dry out before moving the bags. In addition, with bags larger than 3-gallons, it’s best to lift and carry from the bottom, with your hands holding the bottom, to not stretch or tear the side or top of the bags due to the soil weight.
