Directions
Our steak seasoning serves as an excellent dry rub for beef, while also enhancing the flavors of chicken, pork, fish, and vegetables. It can be applied generously to meat, or combined with oil to create a marinade (refer to the instructions below).
For Marinade: Combine 1 packet of steak seasoning with 1/4 cup of oil, 1/4 cup of water, and 2 tablespoons of red wine or white vinegar. Incorporate 1.5 to 2 pounds of steak into the mixture, refrigerate for a minimum of 15 minutes (24 hours is optimal), and then grill, basting with the leftover marinade.
