Cooking Directions
Preparation: Cut 1 lb of boneless meat into thin strips. Slice 1 medium bell pepper and 1 small onion.
Cooking the Meat: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the meat and cook until browned.
Adding Veggies & Sauce: Add the sliced pepper and onion to the skillet. Stir in the 1 oz packet of seasoning and 1/3 to 1/2 cup of water.
Simmering: Cook uncovered over medium heat for 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the sauce thickens.
